Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday arrested Asirbad Behera, former secretary of Odisha cricket association (OCA), for his alleged involvement in Artha Tatwa (AT) Group chit fund scam. CBI had indicted him in a supplementary chargesheet on August 29.
