Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday announced a package for Bijepur, his second assembly constituency, with focus on housing, water supply, irrigation, healthcare, connectivity and infrastructure. Though the chief minister was elected from Bijepur besides Hinjili, he is yet to take a call as to which seat he will retain.
