Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday launched the inclusion of night meals in its Aahar scheme at Capital Hospital here on Monday. People attending to their relatives undergoing treatment at 56 hospitals in various municipal areas across the state can have dinner for Rs 5 at Aahar Centres from January 1.
